After the applications are evaluated, the candidates who make it to the next round are invited to a job interview conducted by the line manager and, in most cases, by the HR manager responsible for making the selection. This interview enables the applicants to get a better picture of the position they are applying for. The next stage of the selection process may include a competence-based psychological test and other rounds of testing to establish professional ability. The process may also include an interview with a senior manager. Finally, the best candidate is offered an employment contract. As the last step of the selection process, all the applicants who participated in the job interviews are given feedback.
