I started my career here, and I’ve been working at Richter for 18 years. Even now, the most important thing for me is to be able to keep on learning and developing my skills. I have had the opportunity to do this since the very beginning. I had the opportunity to get experience in several new and challenging positions within my area of expertise. I became a member of a close-knit community, and I’ve received a lot of support from my colleagues. I am happy to be able to work in a team where we can count on one another, both personally and professionally, and to be able to help new colleagues as one of the trainers in the programme that helps them adjust to life in the company.
