“Don’t think that something is humanly impossible just because you find it difficult. Think rather that you can do whatever is humanly possible.” When I finished university, I didn’t want to work for a big company because the employees are faceless and very few of them ever get to know anything about the entire organisation and the way it works. Both of my prejudices were proven wrong at Richter. I work with outstanding, competent and dedicated colleagues. They are constantly facing exciting challenges, and they have gone to great extents to help me develop. There is nowhere else I could have learned all the things I’ve picked up at Richter since biotechnology is a unique enterprise in the region.
