I was really enthusiastic when I began my career as a doctor, but along with the patient load and the scientific work I soon encountered the difficulties of Hungarian healthcare. Unlike many other young doctors, I did not want to work abroad. I really thought it was possible to succeed here at home too. I found the way to do it at Richter. I am able to make good use of my knowledge of both medicine and economics in my sales and marketing work. The practical experience, the continuous training and the good relations I have developed with leading physicians have all contributed to providing me with competitive knowledge and making me part of a successful team.
