What is RSS?
RSS is short for Really Simple Syndication. RSS is used for the short description of web contents and usually also contains a link to the complete version of the article. A format which enables frequent visitors of a webpage to receive information about the latest news and site updates as fast as possible. Several applications are available to help users read the contents (pertaining to different web portals/channels) published by RSS providers.
